PhenoCam is a program for phenological evaluation of movies taken from plants over a longer period of time for tasks like measuring the quantum of green pixels and generating statistical output.

PhenoCam reads videos of any format supported by ffmpeg. In movies taken with the GardenWatchCam it will additionally extract the timestamp to each frame. Support for other cameras can be added.

PhenoCam is platform independant and runs on Linux, OS X and Windows.
